摘要
我国建筑产业规模巨大,经济总量居第四位,是我国经济的支柱行业。本文通过梳理行业现状与发展需求,深入研究BIM应用技术,结合建设单位项目管理需求,分析出构建建设单位企业级建筑全生命周期BIM管理平台的原理要点与应用方向。同时,将BIM技术从项目级应用提升至企业级平台化应用进行统一管理,形成各层级各参与方的统一协同作业平台,实现BIM技术在建设单位项目管理中的高效应用。
The construction industry is a pillar industry in China with a huge scale and the fourth largest economic output.By combing the current situation and development needs of the industry,in-depth study of BIM application technology is carried on in combination with the project management needs of construction units.This paper analyzes the principle and application direction of building enterprise LCA BIM management platform,upgrades the application of BIM technology from project-level application to enterprise-level platform application for unified management,so as to form a unified collaborative platform for all levels of participants,and realize the efficient application of BIM technology in the project management of construction units.
