摘要
文章在辨析行业职业教育教学指导委员会(简称“行指委”)性质的基础上,阐释了行指委职能与发展思路;通过对三届餐饮行指委的省别结构、界别结构的梳理,反映餐饮行指委的发展沿革;最后对新一届餐饮行指委工作思路提出建议,旨在为餐饮行指委工作提供参考。
Based on the analysis of the nature of the teaching steering committee in vocational education of different industries,this paper explains the functions and development ideas of the committee.By sorting out the provincial structure and sector structure of the three catering industry steering committees,this paper reflects the development and evolution of the catering industry teaching steering committee.Finally,it puts forward some suggestions on the work ideas of the new steering committee of the catering industry in order to provide a reference.
