数字化转型背景下高职院校培训者能力画像研究

摘要 国家政策要求职业院校承接更多的社会培训服务职能,培训者这一群体成为政策落地的主力军,但数字时代对各行各业提出新要求,如何在数字化转型的背景下研究高职院校培训者能力的培养成为本文的关注点。本文以高职院校培训者能力画像构建为切入点,系统的分析了数字化视角下高职院校培训者能力画像应具备的特征属性,画像构建所需数据的采集、分类和关联方式,制定了高职院校培训者能力画像设计流程,分析各流程所需注意的要素,并重点梳理了画像质量评价体系和干预措施;最后从精准施训的视角下分析了高职院校培训者能力画像的应用场景,旨在为其他研究提供参照。 The national policy requires vocational colleges to undertake more social training service functions,and the group of trainers has become the main force of policy implementation.However,the digital era puts forward new requirements for all walks of life,so how to study the training of trainers'ability in vocational colleges under the background of digital transformation has become the focus of this paper.Portraits in higher vocational colleges based on the trainees ability construction as the breakthrough point,the analysis of the system in higher vocational colleges under the perspective of digital portrait trainers ability should possess the characteristics of the attribute,the portrait to construct the required data collection,classification and correlation,formulated the trainees ability portrait design process in higher vocational colleges,analyses the elements of the process needed attention,the evaluation system and intervention measures of portrait quality are discussed.Finally,from the perspective of precise training,the application scenarios of trainers'ability portrait in higher vocational colleges are analyzed in order to provide reference for other studies.
