120例贫血儿童的血常规检测研究

Blood Routine Detection in 120 Children With Anemia

目的探讨对贫血儿童实施血常规检测后获得临床效果。方法选取2018年1月—2021年3月收治的120例贫血儿童进行血常规检测研究;依据贫血类型不同,分为大细胞性贫血组(12例)、小细胞低色素性贫血组(78例)、单纯小细胞性贫血组(12例)以及正常细胞性贫血组(18例);依据贫血分度,分为轻度组(80例)、中度组(30例)以及重度组(10例);针对所有贫血儿童展开血常规检测,就获得结果进行对比分析。结果大细胞性贫血组平均红细胞容积、红细胞、红细胞血红蛋白量以及RBC/MCV高于小细胞低色素性贫血组、单纯小细胞性贫血组,血红蛋白、红细胞分布宽度低于小细胞低色素性贫血组、单纯小细胞性贫血组,并且三组同正常细胞性贫血组比较,差异有统计学意义(F=5.2596、6.7201、5.8569、5.6914、5.7125、5.8514,P<0.05);轻度组血红蛋白量、红细胞以及红细胞分布宽度均高于中度组以及重度组,差异有统计学意义(F=8.2552、8.1952、8.2652,P<0.05)。结论血常规检测工作的有效开展,对于疾病类型准确鉴别能够发挥应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of blood routine test on children with anemia.Methods A total of 120 children with anemia from January 2018 to March 2021 were selected for blood routine detection.According to different types of anemia,they were divided into the large cell anemia group(12 cases),the small cell hypochromatic anemia group(78 cases),the simple small cell anemia group(12 cases)and the normal cell anemia group(18 cases).According to the grade of anemia,they were divided into the mild group(80 cases),the moderate group(30 cases)and the severe group(10 cases).Routine blood tests were performed on all children with anemia,and the results were compared and analyzed.Results The mean corpuscular volume,erythrocyte,erythrocyte hemoglobin and RBC/MCV in the macrocytic anemia group were higher than those in the microcytic hypochromic anemia group and the simple microcytic anemia group,while hemoglobin and red blood cell distribution width were lower than those in the microcytic hypochromic anemia group,the simple microcytic anemia group,and the three groups were compared with normocytic anemia group,the differences were statistically significant(F=5.2596,6.7201,5.8569,5.6914,5.7125,5.8514,P<0.05).The hemoglobin amount,red blood cells and red blood cell distribution width in the mild group were higher than those in the moderate group and the severe group,and the differences were statistically significant(F=8.2552,8.1952,8.2652,P<0.05).Conclusion Blood routine test is effectively carried out to accurately identify the types of diseases and exert its application value.
