新建生物安全三级实验室废弃物管理模式探讨

生物安全三级实验室废弃物管理和处置是不容忽视的生物安全重大板块,妥善管理和处置实验室产生的废弃物对保护人员及周围环境安全至关重要。国家颁布了一系列针对生物安全三级实验室废弃物管理的规定和标准,建设较早且运转成熟的一批生物安全三级实验室已形成较为完善的管理体系,但新建的生物安全三级实验室各项工作均处于摸索和学习的阶段。文章探讨的重点是新建的生物安全三级实验室如何在符合国家规定和标准的前提下,选择性学习其他实验室的管理经验,并结合笔者所在实验室工作实际制定出适合自己的管理和运转废弃物的管理体系,希望为其他实验室管理提供参考。

Biosafety level-3 laboratory waste management and disposal is a major biosafety sector that cannot be ignored.Proper management and disposal of laboratory waste is essential to protect the safety of personnel and the surrounding environment.The state has promulgated a series of regulations and standards for the management of biosafety level-3 laboratory waste,and a number of biosafety level-3 laboratories that have been built earlier and in mature operation have formed a relatively complete management system.However,the work of the newly built biosafety level-3 laboratory is still in the stage of exploration and learning.The focus of this paper is how the newly built biosafety level-3 laboratory can selectively learn the management experience of other laboratories under the premise of complying with national regulations and standards,and formulate suitable waste management and operation methods based on the actual work of the laboratory,hoping to provide reference for other laboratory management.
