血清TgAb、TPOAb联合检测诊断桥本甲状腺炎的价值研究

Study on the Value of Combine Detection of Serum TgAb and TPOAb for Diagnosis of Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis

目的探究血清甲状腺球蛋白抗体(thyroglobulin antibodies,Tg Ab)、甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(thyroid peroxidase antibodies,TPOAb)联合检测在桥本甲状腺炎(Hashimoto’s thyroiditis,HT)诊断中的应用价值。方法选择阳江市第三人民医院2020年1月—2021年1月收治的HT患者500例(H组),选择同期收治的结节性甲状腺肿患者500例(N组)与500名健康体检者(对照组),采用ELASA法测定三组TgAb、TPOAb水平,比较3组TgAb、TPOAb阳性率及表达水平差异。结果H组TgAb、TPOAb阳性率均高于N组与对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),N组与对照组TgAb、TPOAb阳性率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);H组TgAb、TPOAb水平均高于N组与对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),N组与对照组TgAb、TPOAb水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论TgAb、TPOAb在HT中阳性率及表达水平明显高于结节性甲状腺肿与正常人群,联合检测对HT诊断及病情判断有重要意义。

Objective To explore the value of combined detection of serum thyroglobulin antibody(TgAb)and thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAb)in the diagnosis of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis(HT).Methods A total of 500 HT patients(the group H)who were admitted to the Third People’s Hospital of Yangjiang City from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected,500 patients with nodular goiter(the group N)and 500 healthy subjects were selected for the same period(the control group),ELASA method was used to measure the levels of TgAb and TPOAb in the three groups,and the differences in the positive rates and expression levels of TgAb and TPOAb in the three groups were compared.Results The positive rates of TgAb and TPOAb in the group H were higher than those in the group N and the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the positive rates of TgAb and TPOAb in the group N and the control group(P>0.05).The levels of TgAb and TPOAb in the group H were higher than those in the group N and the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of TgAb and TPOAb between group N and control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The positive rate and expression level of TgAb and TPOAb in HT are significantly higher than those of nodular goiter and normal people.The combining detection is of great significance for the diagnosis of HT and the judgment of the disease.
