追踪方法学在医院感染质量控制中的应用

Application of Tracking Methodology in Quality Control of Nosocomial Infection

目的探讨在医院感染质量控制中使用追踪方法学的应用效果。方法选取2019年11月—2020年1月东湖医院施行常规医院感染质量控制期间收治的368例患者作为对照组,另选取2020年2月—2021年4月东湖医院施行追踪方法学医院感染质量控制后收治的368例患者作为观察组,比较两组感染发生率、细菌数、质量控制合格率、管理评分、患者满意度。结果观察组感染总发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医疗器械细菌数、空气细菌数、医护人员手表面细菌数均明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组空气质量、污染物处理、无菌物品、清洁操作、消毒操作合格率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组基础管理、病房管理、消毒管理、查对制度、健康教育评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者总满意率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论追踪方法学在医院感染质量控制中的应用效果较好,能够降低感染发生率,减少细菌数,提高质量控制合格率、管理评分、患者总满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of tracking method in the quality control of nosocomial infection.Methods A total of 368 patients admitted to Donghu Hospital during the routine nosocomial infection quality control period from November 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the control group,and 368 patients admitted to Donghu Hospital after the tracking method nosocomial infection quality control period from February 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the observation group.The incidence of infection,number of bacteria,qualified rate of quality control,management score and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of infection in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of bacteria on medical instruments,air and hands of medical staff in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The qualified rate of air quality,pollutant treatment,sterile articles,cleaning operation and disinfection operation in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of basic management,ward management,disinfection management,checking system and health education in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of tracking method in quality control of nosocomial infection is good,which can reduce the incidence of infection,reduce the number of bacteria,improve the qualified rate of quality control,management score and total patient satisfaction.
