延续性护理对慢性心力衰竭患者自护能力和生活质量的影响

Influence of Continuity Nursing on Self-care and Quality of Life in Patients With Chronic Heart Failure

目的研究慢性心力衰竭患者接受延续性护理的干预效果。方法将90例于2020年2—12月在泉州市第一医院就诊的慢性心力衰竭患者作为主要对象,分组时采取随机数字表法。对照组(45例)行常规出院指导,观察组(45例)开展延续性护理,比较两组护理模式的干预效果。结果经护理后,观察组的各项自我护理能力评分具明显高于对照组;观察组患者护理后的生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与对照组相比,患者的并发症发生率更低,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将延续性护理运用在慢性心力衰竭患者的临床护理上优势显著,不仅可以提高患者的自护能力及生活质量,又可以降低并发症发生风险,能够在一定程度上保障患者的健康,可推广。

Objective To study the effect of intervention in patients with chronic heart failure receiving continuous care.Methods A total of 90 patients with chronic heart failure who were treated in Quanzhou First Hospital from February to December 2020 were selected as the main subjects,and the random number table method was used for grouping.The control group(45 cases)was given routine discharge guidance,and the observation group(45 cases)was given continuous nursing,and the intervention effects of the two groups of nursing modes were compared.Results After nursing,the self-care ability scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group;the quality of life scores of the patients in the observation group after nursing were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous nursing in the clinical nursing of patients with chronic heart failure has significant advantages.It can not only improve the self-care ability and quality of life of patients,but also reduce the risk of complications,and can protect the health of patients to a certain extent.It can be promoted.
