Analysis of Related Factors of Type 2 Diabetes Complicated With Constipation

目的探讨和分析2型糖尿病患者合并便秘的相关因素。方法纳入2019年12月—2021年4月2型糖尿病患者109例,根据患者便秘情况,分为便秘组53例,非便秘组56例,分别就其性别、年龄、糖尿病病程、空腹血糖(fasting blood glucose,FBG)、餐后血糖(postprandial blood sugar,PBG)、糖化血红蛋白(glycosylated hemoglobin,HbA1c)、果糖胺(fructosamine,FRA)、血脂、生活质量状况等指标进行分析。结果2型糖尿病合并便秘组PBG、HbA1c、FRA及胆固醇水平均高于非便秘组;PBG、HbA1c是2型糖尿病合并便秘的独立危险因素。便秘组的糖尿病患者自我管理行为量表(summary of diabetes self-care activities,SDSCA)、WHO-5幸福感指数、Kolcaba舒适状况量表均低于非便秘组。便秘组的便秘积分显著高于非便秘组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论2型糖尿病患者合并便秘与PBG、HbA1c水平相关;2型糖尿病合并便秘患者存在生活质量水平的下降。

Objective To explore and analyze the related factors of constipation in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 109 patients with type 2 diabetes from December 2019to April 2021 were enrolled.According to the constipation of the patients,they were divided into the constipation group of 53 cases and the non-constipation group of 56 cases.Gender,age,course of diabetes,fasting blood glucose(FBG),postprandial blood sugar(PBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),fructosamine(FRA),blood lipids,quality of life status and other indicators were analyzed.Results The levels of PBG,HbA1c,FRA and cholesterol in the constipation group complicated with type 2diabetes were higher than those in the non-constipation group;PBG and HbA1c were independent risk factors for type 2 diabetes complicated with constipation.Diabetic self-management behavior scale(SDSCA),WHO-5 well-being index and Kolcaba comfort scale in the constipation group were lower than those in the nonconstipation group.The constipation score in the constipation group was significantly higher than that in the non-constipation group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Constipation in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus is related to the levels of PBG and HbA1c;patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and constipation have a decreased quality of life.
