浅谈艺术类专业互促型导生关系的意义与模型构建

摘要 近些年,随着考研的学生数量不断增加,研究生与导师之间产生冲突的事件时有出现。基于此,文章提出要构建互促型导生关系,以此改善研究生与导师之间的关系。并以艺术类专业为案例,结合了国内外有关艺术类专业导师与研究生关系的研究,分析了模型的内容构建。提出了想要有效推进导生关系模型的落实,就要有完善的保障与发展体系。 To explore the problems and causes of the relationship between art professional tutors and graduate students,promote the production of scientific research achievements with a good relationship, and realize the common development of tutors and graduate students. The article makes full use of the knowledge of sociology and statistics and analyzes problems based on full investigation and dialectics. Through the research, we have clarified the research status quo,research content and research methods of the relationship between art professional tutors and graduate students at home and abroad, provided methodological reference for those who are ready to engage in relevant research, and played a corresponding role in achieving the goal of higher education development.
