摘要
通过实时在线监测水泥设备油液理化特性指标表征机器运行磨损状态是状态监测诊断技术的重要发展方向。本文首先基于国内外油液在线监测技术的研究发展现状及趋势,研究油液黏度、油液密度、油中水分监测的原理及实现方式,设计开发了理化特性指标的多参数传感器,通过对传感监测系统进行油液静态、加气泡、加水等性能试验,验证基于传感原理开发传感器的工程实用性,同时在某水泥厂关键12台套机组实现油液在线监测的工程实践。
It is an important development direction of condition monitoring and diagnosis technology to characterize the running state of the machine by on-line monitoring the physical and chemical characteristics of oil.Firstly,based on the research and development status and trend of oil on-line monitoring abroad,this paper studies the monitoring principle and implementation mode of oil viscosity,oil density and water in oil,designed and developed a multi parameter sensor with physical and chemical characteristic indexes,and verified the engineering practicability of the sensor developed based on the sensing principle through the performance tests of the sensing monitoring system,such as static,adding bubbles and adding water.At the same time,on-line oil monitoring was realized in 12 key units of a cement plant.
