In order to speed up the construction speed of excavation and support of small section tunnel and shorten the cycle time of single operation process,taking the diversion tunnel of Banyangdong Reservoir in Guangxi as an example,through the development of self-propelled trolley,the installation of hydraulic telescopic device and the equipping with air,water and electricity pipelines,the problem of rapid construction operation of small section tunnel is solved,the cycle operation time of tunnel excavation and support is reduced,the construction progress and operation quality of small section tunnel are ensured,the task of diversion tunnel penetration is completed in advance,which lays a solid foundation for the smooth flood control and closure of the project and ensures the smooth realization of the project objectives.
