Optimization and Adjustment of Construction Diversion Scheme for a Reservoir Based on the Limitation of Construction Period and Resources

针对由于征地拆迁导致导流洞施工总进度计划严重延后的情况,通过优化调整施工导流方案,将泄洪洞替代导流洞进行施工导流,提前进行泄洪洞的施工并在上游河流交汇处增设一座挡水围堰,在泄洪洞具备通水条件后开挖一条引水渠将水引到泄洪洞排出,随后进行导流洞和泄洪洞竖井施工。经专家分析论证和现场施工反馈,优化调整后的施工导流方案具有很高的实施性,可有效地平衡征地拆迁延误的时间,确保水库按合同约定时间下闸蓄水。

In view of the serious delay in the overall construction schedule of the diversion tunnel due to land acquisition and demolition,the construction diversion scheme is optimized and adjusted,and the flood discharge tunnel is replaced by the diversion tunnel for construction diversion.The construction of the flood discharge tunnel is carried out in advance and a water retaining cofferdam is added at the confluence of the upstream rivers.After the flood discharge tunnel has water supply conditions,a diversion channel is excavated to divert water to the flood discharge tunnel,and then the diversion tunnel and the flood discharge tunnel shaft are constructed.Through expert analysis and on-site construction feedback,the optimized and adjusted construction diversion scheme has high implementation,which can effectively balance the delay time of land acquisition and demolition,and ensure that the reservoir is discharged according to the contract time.
