摘要
笔者结合经验总结法对水工大体积混凝土裂缝产生的原因及防裂措施进行了研究。研究结果表明,温度应力、收缩应力、水泥水化热、约束条件以及环境温度变化等是水工大体积混凝土裂缝形成的原因。针对裂缝产生的原因从降低混凝土的浇筑温度、降低混凝土内外温差、合理运用施工技术与工艺、浇筑养护控制、改善约束条件、选用合适的原材料、结构方面控制以及浇筑后的温度控制等方面提出了防裂措施,并提出对大体积混凝土裂缝处理的建议,可为大体积混凝土浇筑施工提供借鉴,避免产生裂缝。
Based on the experience summary method,the author studies the causes of cracks and cracks prevention measures of hydraulic mass concrete.The results show that temperature stress,shrinkage stress,hydration heat of cement,constraint conditions and environmental temperature change are the causes of cracks in hydraulic mass concrete.In view of the causes of cracks,cracks prevention measures are proposed from the aspects of reducing the pouring temperature of concrete,reducing the temperature difference between inside and outside of concrete,reasonable application of construction technology and process,pouring maintenance control,improvement of constraint conditions,selection of appropriate raw materials,structural control,and temperature control after pouring,and suggestions on crack treatment of mass concrete are put forward,which can provide reference for mass concrete pouring construction and avoid cracks.
