地下洞库工程聚能水压光面爆破试验效果分析

摘要 常规光面爆破法是目前洞室石方开挖的主要施工方式,存在对岩体破坏较大、爆破后环境差、循环进尺低、火工品单耗高、开挖质量差等问题,还需进一步优化爆破开挖方式,以实现洞挖工程快速安全、绿化经济。文章以某地下洞库工程施工巷道开展水压爆破和聚能爆破试验为例,简要介绍了聚能水压爆破技术特点、技术优势、爆破机理、施工方法和效果分析等,以期为类似工程提供借鉴。 The conventional smooth blasting method is the main construction method of cavern rock excavation at present.There are some problems such as great damage to rock mass,poor environment after blasting,low cycle footage,high unit consumption of initiating explosive devices and poor excavation quality.It is necessary to further optimize the blasting excavation method to realize the rapid safety and greening economy of tunnel excavation engineering.Taking the hydraulic blasting and cumulative blasting test of construction tunnel in an underground cavern project as an example,this paper briefly introduces the technical characteristics,technical advantages,blasting mechanism,construction method and effect analysis of cumulative hydraulic blasting,so as to provide reference for similar projects.
