Emergency Action and Enlightenment of Fuquan Landslide in Guizhou

贵州福泉“8∙27”泥石流为山体滑坡形成的重大衍生灾害,灾害所造成的人员伤亡大,财产损失多,社会关注度高,政治影响深远,如不及时处置,极易诱发群体性事件并影响当地社会安全稳定。笔者结合武警水电部队在贵州福泉山体滑坡抢险处置的实例,对处置行动的特点和成果进行总结归纳,同时,阐述对此案例的几点思考,可供同类险情处置借鉴。

The"8·27"debris flow in Fuquan,Guizhou is a major derivative disaster caused by landslides.The disaster has caused great casualties,property losses,high social attention and far-reaching political influence.If it is not handled in time,it is easy to induce mass incidents and affect local social security and stability.The author summarizes the characteristics and results of the emergency treatment of a landslide in Fuquan,Guizhou by Armed Police Hydropower Troops,and expounds some thoughts on this case for reference.
