地下水封油库洞室开挖弃渣综合利用经济可行性分析

摘要 地下水封油库采用水幕封闭油气外泄。为节省工程投资,洞室开挖成形后不进行二次混凝土衬砌,开挖出来的弃渣不能用于工程自身建设的骨料再加工,需规划相应渣场进行堆存。为解决洞室开挖弃渣处理困难和工程周边建筑材料短缺的矛盾,笔者以某地下水封油库为例,从市场调研、工艺方案、财务评价等多方面分析,确定了洞室开挖弃渣加工成骨料销往项目区周边建筑工程的经济方案,既减少工程投资,又增加工程额外收益。该研究成果为相似工程解决弃渣处理提供参考。 Underground water-sealed oil storage adopts water curtain to seal oil and gas leakage.In order to save the project investment,the secondary concrete lining is not carried out after the excavation of the cavern,and the excavated slag can not be used for the aggregate reprocessing of the project itself,so it is necessary to plan the corresponding slag yard for storage.In order to solve the contradiction between the difficulty of dealing with the waste slag of cavern excavation and the shortage of building materials around the project,the author takes a underground water-sealed oil storage as an example,analyzes the market research,process scheme,financial evaluation and other aspects,and determines the economic scheme of processing the waste slag of cavern excavation into aggregate and selling it to the construction project around the project area,which not only reduces the project investment,but also increases the additional income of the project.The research results provide a reference for similar projects to solve the waste slag treatment.
