摘要 南海区体育中心的罩棚平面为鱼钩状,平面尺寸为220m×375m,属于超限大跨空间结构。为保证细长罩棚的平面内刚度,结构采用交叉钢桁架。为了解决抗侧需要强约束、消减温度效应需要释放约束的矛盾,内圈三叉柱、外圈V形柱采用弧形布置,在刚性屋盖的协同作用下,共同构成空间抗侧力体系;所有钢柱上下节点均铰接,外圈V形柱为间断式布置,利用高耸柱身的微转动、弱化屋盖边缘的波浪式变形来释放结构温差形变。创造性地采用了多种新型构件:外观为伞状单脚独立铰接而实际利用了空间效应可抵抗水平力的“错位柱”,有较强抗侧能力又可释放扭转约束的“翼柱”,压、拔转动时基本共心的大抗拔力、大抗剪力、低约束力矩的万向球铰支座。 The canopy of the Nanhai District Sports Center has a fishhook shape,with a plane size of 220 m×375 m,which belongs to the out-of-code large-span spatial structure.In order to ensure the in-plane stiffness of the slender canopy,the structure adopts the cross inverted steel truss.To solve the contradiction that strong constraint is needed for lateral resistance and constraint release is needed to reduce temperature effect,the inner ring trigeminal column and outer ring V-shaped column are arranged in arc-shaped shape.Under the synergistic effect of rigid roof,the spatial lateral force resistance system is formed together.The upper and lower joints of all steel columns are hinged,and the V-shaped columns of the outer ring are arranged in a discontinuous manner.The micro-rotation of the towering column and the weakening of the wave deformation of the roof edge are used to release the structural temperature difference deformation.A variety of new artifacts are creatively used,including a malposition column that appears to be an umbrella shaped single foot independent hinged but actually uses spatial effects to resist horizontal forces,wing column with strong lateral resistance and release torsion constraint,as well as the universal spherical hinged support with large pull-out force,large shear resistance and low constraint moment which is basically coaxial during compression and pulling rotation.
