摘要
钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构是150~250m超高层建筑最常用的结构体系,目前在常规矩形平面及规则竖向立面的基础上,出现了较多特殊体型的框架-核心筒结构。通过归纳汇总若干类特殊体型框架-核心筒结构的特点,主要从纺锤形立面、曲折外框柱及大退台立面等不规则超高层建筑设计的体系研究、结构设计重点及抗震性能目标进行研究分析。结合实际超限项目结构设计,提出特殊体型框架-核心筒结构的结构控制性指标及结构加强措施。
Reinforced concrete frame-core wall structure is the most commonly used structural system for 150~250 m super high-rise buildings.At present,on the basis of conventional rectangular planes and regular vertical elevations,there are many frame-core wall structures with special shapes.The characteristics of several types of special-shape frame-core wall structures were summarized,and mainly studies the system research,structural design focus and seismic performance objectives of irregular super high-rise buildings,such as buildings with spindle-shaped facades,winding outer frame columns and large set-back facades.Combined with the structural design of practical over-limit projects,the structural control indicators and strengthening measures of frame-core wall structures with different special shapes were proposed.
