摘要
佛山城发中心结构高度为189.0m,塔楼为采用双向密肋楼盖的曲折柱大跨度框架-核心筒结构。基于广东省标准《高层建筑混凝土结构技术规程》(DBJ/T 15-92—2021),塔楼采用设防烈度进行结构抗震设计。分析验证了大跨度外框架的抗侧力性能,根据改进叠加法对钢骨混凝土梁的抗扭承载力进行了设计。建立了关键节点的有限元模型并进行分析,研究了外凸转折层楼板的抗拉抗裂性能。通过设置暗梁前后的结构模型的对比,验证了双向密肋楼盖不配置暗梁的合理性。结果表明,结构及构件满足抗震性能化设计目标,结构体系合理可靠。
The structural height of Foshan Development Center is 189.0 meters.The tower is a large-span frame-core wall structure with winding columns and waffle slabs.The Guangdong Provincial standard technical specification for concrete structures of high-rise building(DBJ/T 15-92—2021)was adopted for the structural seismic design based on the seismic precautionary intensity.The lateral-force resistance of large-span outer frame was analyzed and verified.The improved superposition method was used to calculate the torsional bearing capacity of steel-reinforced concrete beams.The finite element models of key nodes were established and analyzed,and the tensile and crack resistance performance of the outer convex turning floor was studied.By comparing the structural models before and after setting the concealed beams,the rationality of not disposing concealed beams in the two-way multi-ribbed floor was verified.The results show that the structure and component meet the objective of performance-based seismic design,and the structure system is reasonable and reliable.
