摘要
利用我国30个省份2010—2019年的面板数据,构建基于非期望产出的DEA-SBM模型测度省域绿色创新效率,进而借助Hansen门槛回归思想,从高技术产业集聚视角,实证研究对外直接投资(OFDI)对省域绿色创新效率的异质性影响。结果表明:(1)从效率值来看,近十年我国绿色创新效率拉升迅速,但区域不均衡性明显,尚未形成绿色创新发展的区域间有效联动;(2)从门槛检验来看,OFDI对绿色创新效率的溢出作用显著存在高技术产业集聚的三重门槛效应;(3)从影响机制来看,OFDI与绿色创新效率呈“U”型关系,当且仅当省域高技术产业集聚水平跨过第二门槛1.156时,OFDI溢出的显著正向促进作用显现,研发投入、人力资本、经济水平、环境规制显著促进了绿色创新效率提升,政府支持度对绿色创新效率的作用不显著。
Based on the data of 30 provinces in China from 2010 to 2019,the DEA-SBM model is constructed to measure the green innovation efficiency.Using the threshold regression theory,the heterogeneous influence of OFDI on regional green innovation efficiency is studied with high-tech industry agglomeration as the threshold variable.The results show that:(1) From the efficiency value,the green innovation efficiency in China has been rising rapidly in the past ten years.However,the regional imbalance is obvious,and the effective regional interaction of green innovation development has not yet been formed.(2) From the threshold test,OFDI has a triple threshold effect on green innovation efficiency spillover of high-tech industry agglomeration.(3) From the effect of the mechanism,OFDI and green innovation efficiency shows “U” shaped relationship,when the high-tech industry agglomeration level more than 1.156,significant positive role in promoting,R&D,human capital,economic level and environmental regulation significantly promotes the efficiency of green innovation promoted,the role of government support for green innovation efficiency was not significant.
