城镇化与乡村振兴的耦合协同研究——基于江西省脱贫县(市)的数据

Cooperative Relation of Urbanization and Rural Revitalization:Based on Poverty Alleviated Counties in Jiangxi Province

通过构建城镇化、乡村振兴指标评价体系来分析两系统的耦合协同度,探索城镇化、乡村振兴的协同演化规律。基于江西省2011—2018年10个贫困县(市)的统计数据,首先运用熵权法测算出城镇化和乡村振兴的综合指数,进而利用耦合协同模型对两者的耦合协同度进行对比分析。研究发现:2011—2018年,江西省10个县(市)的城镇化与乡村振兴平均指数总体呈现增长态势,分别从2011年0.4293、0.3690上升到2018年的1.2408和1.1607;其耦合协同度从2011年的中度协同(0.4173)向2018年的高度协同(0.7541)过渡;不同时序脱贫县(市)的协同度具有较大差异。因此,要进一步实现要素流动的双向流动,振兴乡村发展水平,真正达到城乡融合发展,从而有效促进贫困县巩固脱贫攻坚成果。

Through the construction of urbanization and rural revitalization index evaluation system,the coupling synergy degree of the two systems is analyzed,and the co-evolution law of urbanization and rural revitalization is explored.Based on the statistical data of 10 poverty-stricken counties(cities)in Jiangxi Province from 2011 to 2018,the comprehensive indexes of urbanization and rural revitalization were calculated by entropy weight method,and then the coupling synergy model was used to compare and analyze the coupling synergy degree of urbanization and rural revitalization.Research conclusions were as follows:From 2011 to 2018,the average indexes of urbanization and rural rejuvenation in 10 counties(cities)of Jiangxi Province showed an increasing trend,rising from 0.4293 and 0.3690 in 2011 to 1.2408 and 1.1607 in 2018,respectively.Their degrees have transitioned from a moderate synergy in 2011(0.4173)to a high synergy in 2018(0.7541).At the same time,the synergy degree of the poverty alleviation counties(cities)(PACC)in sequence is quite different.Therefore,it is necessary to further realize the two-way flow of factor flow,revitalize the level of rural development,truly achieve the integration of urban and rural development,so as to effectively promote the consolidation of poverty alleviation in poor counties.
