基于侵彻过载信号应力波补偿的靶后精确起爆控制技术 被引量:2

摘要 针对高速侵彻弹药侵彻大厚度目标时,引信识别到的过载信号频率成分复杂、振荡剧烈,无法准确识别战斗部出靶等特征,严重影响在靶后特定距离起爆控制精度的问题,提出采用应力波补偿的方法将过载信号抖动消除,获取近似刚体过载,提高碰靶和出靶等目标特征识别率,进而得到准确的出靶时刻及余速。针对战斗部垂直侵彻均质混凝土靶板的理想工况,通过弹体弹性模量、密度及外形尺寸等参数得到应力波特征频率,通过碰靶速度得到应力波幅值范围,通过识别碰靶时刻,将提前算好参数的应力波信号对侵彻过载信号补偿,抵消过载信号中的应力波成分后再滤波。仿真结果表明,采用应力波补偿算法处理后的过载信号靶后起爆控制精度较高。 In order to fix the problem of low-accuracy of afterward-thick-target detonation control,a method of using stress wave to compensate penentration acceleration signal was introduced.This method could eliminate vibration and relieve the feature of rigid-body acceleration,the moment of after-penetration,the reducing-velocity of projectile,to improve the accuracy of detonation control method of afterward-thick-target.As the situation of vertical penetrating into target board of uniform dielectric,the elasticity modules,density,size of projectile could export the trait frequency of stress wave.The velocity could export the amplitude scope of stress wave.By discerning the moment of collision target,it compensates the signal stress wave to penetration acceleration and smoothes the signal.The simulation results showed that the error of detonation control method of post-penetration by using acceleration signal stress wave compensation was 2%lower.
