基于流程体系的国有企业党委会流程标准化建设研究

为探索国有企业党委会流程标准化建设方法,提升党委会运行质量和效率,本文基于国有企业党委会流程体系,开展党委会整体流程和议题酝酿流程、研究决策流程、会议纪要编制流程、会议纪要分发流程,以及会议纪要调用流程和会议记录查阅流程7项流程的标准化建设研究,明确各项流程的关键步骤和要点,固化党委会运行相关工作的业务步骤,为国有企业党委会流程标准化建设提供了经验借鉴,具备较强的应用价值。

In order to explore the standardization method of the party committee process of state-owned enterprises, and improve the operation quality and effi ciency of the party committee, this paper is based on the process system of the party committee of state-owned enterprises, and studies the standardization of 7 processes including the overall process of meeting and discussing issues, the process of decision making, etc., and clarifi es the key steps and points of each process,to solidify the operation of the party committee, and provide reference for the standardization work of the process of the party committee of state-owned enterprises. It has the great value of application.
