科技成果与标准转化可行性分析——以某石油钻探企业为例

Feasibility Analysis of the Transformation of Scientifi c and Technological Achievements into Standards: Taking an Oil Drilling Engineering Company as an Example

本文以某钻探企业的科技成果为例,分析其企业技术能力、科技项目以及科技成果标准转化可行性,并提出以下建议:科研项目立项之初全面考量和规划项目预期成果中标准制修订计划或规划,在科研过程中同步开展标准化研究,将标准研制实质性纳入科研工作中;及时评估科技成果标准转化的可行性;结合项目特点与服务队伍优势,及时制修订双语版标准或外文版标准。

Taking the scientifi c and technological achievements of an oil drilling engineering company as an example,this paper discusses its enterprise technological capability, analyzes its scientifi c and technological achievements, studies the feasibility of the transformation of scientifi c and technological achievements into standards, and puts forwards the following suggestions. The standard development should be substantively incorporated into scientific research work,including the consideration on overall plan of standards development and revision at the beginning of the establishment of scientifi c research projects, and carrying out standardization research synchronously in the process of scientifi c research;the feasibility of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into standards should be evaluated promptly;the project characteristics and the advantages of services team should be combined to develop or revise bilingual or foreign language standards promptly.
