Discussion on the Development of Sandstorm Disaster Monitoring Standard Based on Emergency Treatment

开展沙尘暴灾害监测是做好沙尘暴应急处置的首要环节,是实施《重大沙尘暴灾害应急预案》的基础性工作。本文基于沙尘暴应急处置需要,结合参与沙尘暴灾害监测标准制定,分析了沙尘暴灾害应急处置的标准化需求、梳理了研制过程的难点和问题、探讨提出了沙尘暴灾害监测标准制定的重点内容。

Sandstorm disaster monitoring is the primary part of sandstorm emergency treatment, which is the basic work of implementing the Emergency Plan for Major Sandstorm Disaster. To meet the needs of sandstorm emergency treatment and based on the experience in the development of sandstorm disaster monitoring standards, this paper analyzes the standardization needs of sandstorm disaster emergency treatment, summarizes the diffi culties and problems in the development process, and then puts forward the key content of the sandstorm disaster monitoring standards.
