非致命武器是武警部队日常执勤任务中的常用武器,而非致命弹药标准体系则是保障非致命武器合理使用和研究的核心准则,不可或缺。本文从非致命弹药标准体系的国内外研究现状出发,详细地分析总结现有的标准体系存在的问题,从而给出针对性的解决方法,为今后我国非致命弹药标准体系的构建以及非致命弹药的研究工作提供了强有力的理论支撑,具有重要的参考价值和现实依据。

Non-lethal weapons are commonly used in the daily duty tasks of the armed police force, and the non-lethal ammunition standards system provides core criterion to ensure the rational use of non-lethal weapons and relevant research, which is indispensable. Starting from the current research on the non-lethal ammunition standards system at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current standards system in detail, and gives targeted solutions, which provides strong theoretical support for the construction of the non-lethal ammunition standards system and the research on non-lethal ammunition in China in the future, and has important reference value and practical basis.
