Exploration of Standards System Framework of Graduate Student Education

本文以研究生教育为研究对象,以标准化为手段,针对当前研究生教育方面存在的标准化理念不足、标准化文件有效供给不足、标准化组织体系不够健全等问题,利用原生态的霍尔系统工程方法论与标准化三维结构相结合的方法构建研究生教育标准体系空间结构模型,以系统性、适应性、实用性为基本原则,构建了研究生教育标准体系框架,体系框架包含了基础通用、招生考试、课程教学、科研实践、学位管理、综合素质等内容,为研究生教育培养标准的制修订提供技术支撑。

In order to solve the problems in graduate education, such as insuffi cient standardization concept, ineffective supply of standardization documents, and unsound system of standardization organization, this paper takes graduate education as the research object and standardization as the means to construct the spatial structure model of graduate education standards system by combining the Hall system engineering methodology with standardized three-dimensional structure. Based on the basic principles of systematicness, adaptability and practicality, this paper constructs the framework of graduate education standards system, which includes basic general requirements, entrance examination,course teaching, scientific research practice, degree management, comprehensive quality, etc. It provides technical guidance and support for the development and revision of the graduate student education standards.
