甘肃省乡村产业振兴标准体系建设初探

Preliminary Study on the Construction of Rural Industry Revitalization Standards System in Gansu Province

乡村振兴战略是党的重要国家战略,其中产业振兴被摆在乡村振兴的首要位置。本文通过对乡村振兴战略中产业振兴领域的政策、重要论述、文献、标准的梳理,总结甘肃省农业标准化工作开展情况,分析甘肃省乡村产业振兴标准体系建设难点,立足甘肃实际,构建了包括农业综合生产、产业融合发展、现代农业经营三个标准子体系在内的乡村产业振兴标准体系,以期为实现甘肃省乡村产业兴旺提供技术支撑,进而更好地推进乡村振兴战略的实施。

The Rural Revitalization Strategy is an important national strategy of China, in which industrial revitalization is placed in the primary position of rural revitalization. This paper constructs a rural industrial revitalization standards system by analyzing the policies, important discussions, documents and standards in the fi eld of industrial revitalization in the Rural Revitalization Strategy, summarizes the development of agricultural standardization in Gansu province,and analyzes the difficulties in the construction of the standards system in Gansu province based on the reality. The standards system is composed of three subsystems covering agricultural comprehensive production, industrial integration development and modern agricultural management, which provides technical support for the prosperity of rural industry in Gansu province, and better promotes the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.
