摘要
企业首席质量官培训(简称《CQO培训》)是实现企业高质量发展的有效手段。本文通过对陕西省《CQO培训》标准化的实际案例分析,提出构建符合企业特点的CQO标准化培训管理方法,以保障培训高效运行,可为培训机构开展《CQO培训》提供重要参考与借鉴。
The training of company’s Chief Quality Officer(CQO) is an effective means to achieve high-quality development of enterprises. Through the case study of the standardization of CQO Training in Shaanxi province, this paper proposes to build a CQO standardized training management method that meets the characteristics of enterprises to ensure the effi cient operation of training. It can provide important reference for training institutions to carry out training for CQOs.
