摘要
对菌悬液中菌落总数测定结果进行不确定度评定。依据GB 4789.2-2016《食品安全国家标准食品微生物学检验菌落总数测定》对菌悬液进行菌落计数,按照JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》分析该检测结果不确定度的来源并建立数学模型。本文从稀释过程、加样体积以及样品重复测定3个方面进行分析,对不确定度分量进行评定,最终合成菌落总数测定的不确定度,扩展不确定度为0.05。通过对菌悬液菌落总数的测定结果进行不确定度评定,以期为抗菌、除菌、消毒检测中测量不确定度的研究与应用提供参考。
The aim of the research is to evaluate the uncertainty of the aerobic plate count(APC) in bacterial suspension.The APC was detected according to GB 4789.2-2016, National food safety standard for microbiological inspection of food. The sources of uncertainty were analyzed according to JJF 1059.1-2012, Evaluation and expression of uncertainty in measurement, and a mathematical model for uncertainty evaluation was established. The uncertainty components were evaluated by analyzing three aspects: dilution process, sample volume and repeatability test, and fi nally the total uncertainty was determined by combining all results of uncertainties and the extended uncertainty was 0.05. The uncertainty evaluation for the measurement results of APC in bacterial suspensions provides reference for the exploration and application of measurement uncertainty in antibacterial, sterilization, and disinfection test.
