关于电梯检验检测试点工作相关事项探讨

Discussion on Matters Related to the Pilot Work of Elevator Inspection and Testing

结合试点地区电梯监管工作实际,探讨《市场监管总局关于进一步做好改进电梯维护保养模式和调整电梯检验检测方式试点工作的指导意见》(国市监特设[2020]56号)中电梯检验、检测分离的具体要求、内容及已有的试点工作问题,提出合理化的建议,以期推进电梯检验检测试点工作稳步开展,凝练试点工作经验做法,为监管单位逐步建立与修订相关长效工作机制提供参考。

Based on the actual elevator supervision in the pilot area, this paper discusses the specific requirements,contents and existing problems of the separation of elevator inspection and testing, and puts forward reasonable suggestions, with a view to promoting the steady development of the pilot work of elevator inspection and testing,summarizing the practices of the pilot work, and providing reference for the regulatory departments to gradually establish and improve the relevant long-term working mechanism.
