肥胖儿童维生素D含量与血尿酸水平的相关性研究

摘要 目的回顾性分析肥胖儿童与正常体重儿童维生素D含量及血尿酸水平相关性,探讨肥胖儿童维生素D含量与血尿酸之间相互变化的关系。方法选取某院就诊的58例1~14岁肥胖儿童作为肥胖组,56例1~14岁正常体重儿童作为对照组,采用χ^(2)检验或者独立样本t检验比较肥胖组和对照组性别、年龄、维生素D含量、血尿酸水平之间的差异,采用Pearson相关分析肥胖儿童维生素D含量与血尿酸水平的相关性。结果肥胖组维生素D含量低于对照组,血尿酸水平高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肥胖组维生素D含量与血尿酸水平具有负相关性(r=-0.52,P<0.001)。结论随着维生素D含量的降低,血尿酸水平逐渐增高,这一发现能够为临床上通过补充维生素D含量改善肥胖儿童维生素D缺乏的同时,降低其血尿酸水平提供相关依据。 Objective The correlation between vitamin D content and serum uric acid level in obese children and normal-weight children was retrospectively analyzed,and the relationship between vitamin D content and serum uric acid in obese children was explored.Methods A total of 58 obese children aged 1~14 years in a hospital were selected as the obesity group,and 56 normal-weight children aged 1~14 years were selected as the control group.The χ^(2) test or the independent sample t test were used to compare the gender,age,vitamin D content and blood uric acid level of the obesity group and the control group.Results The vitamin D content in the obese group was lower than that in the control group,and the serum uric acid level was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a negative correlation between the content of vitamin D and the level of serum uric acid in the obese group(r=-0.52,P<0.001).Conclusion With the decrease of vitamin D content,the level of blood uric acid gradually increased.This finding can provide relevant evidence for reducing the level of serum uric acid in obese children while improving vitamin D deficiency in obese children by supplementing vitamin D content.
