苏州第二工人文化宫结构变刚度设计思考与实践

摘要 对于边界条件复杂的结构,其在施工、使用、加固与改造等过程中结构刚度将发生较大变化,故应采用变刚度的设计思想。以苏州第二工人文化宫为例,针对其不同的单体结构与不同的状态提出了相应的变刚度设计方案。苏州第二工人文化宫地上分为A区(场馆区)、B区(中庭及影剧院区)、C区(游泳馆及配套区)三个大区。A区屋面采用大跨度钢梁+轻钢屋面形式,采用常规设计方法时钢梁端部弯矩较大。采用变刚度设计方法,通过施工过程措施释放了恒载下的梁端弯矩,有效降低了焊缝、螺栓与埋件的设计需求。B区结构连接关系复杂,各单体动力特性差异较大,而中庭结构无法与其相邻建筑实现脱开设计,采用铅芯橡胶支座连接中庭与相邻单体,实现了在不同荷载工况下的变刚度设计,通高柱应力比小于设计目标,中庭屋面变形满足规范要求。C区室内游泳馆屋盖为张弦木梁结构,通过多种模型对比分析,发现考虑木撑杆蠕变效应与初始缺陷造成的刚度变化将导致屋盖结构竖向变形、木撑杆与木梁应力的增大以及钢拉索应力的减小,且初始缺陷的影响更为显著。 For the structure with complex boundary conditions,the structural stiffness changes greatly in the process of construction,use,reinforcement and transformation,so the design idea of variable stiffness should be adopted.Taking Suzhou No.2 Workers’Cultural Palace as an example,according to its different unit structures and different states,the corresponding variable stiffness design schemes were put forward.Suzhou No.2 Workers’Cultural Palace was divided into three areas:Area A(venue area),Area B(atrium and cinema area),and Area C(natatorium and supporting area).The roof of Area A adopted the form of large-span steel beam+light steel roof,and the bending moment of the end of the steel beam was large when the conventional design method is adopted.With the method of variable stiffness design,the beam end bending moment under dead load was released through the construction process measures,which effectively reduced the design requirements of welds,bolts and embedded parts.The structural connection relationship of Area B was complex,and the dynamic characteristics of each unit were quite different.However,the atrium structure could not be designed to be separated from its adjacent buildings.The lead-core rubber bearing was used to connect the atrium and the adjacent monomers,and the variable stiffness design under different load conditions was realized.The full-height column stress ratio was less than the design target,and the atrium roof deformation met the specification requirements.The roof of the indoor swimming pool in Area C was the structure of stretched strings and wooden beams.Through the comparative analysis of various models,it shows that considering the creep effect of the wooden struts and the stiffness change caused by the initial defects leads to the vertical deformation of the roof structure,the increase of stress of the wooden struts and the wooden beams,and the decrease of steel cable stress,and the influence of initial defects is more significant.
