寄生蠕虫脂肪酸结合蛋白免疫学研究进展

摘要 脂肪酸结合蛋白(FABPs)是一组广泛存在于低等无脊椎动物和哺乳动物之间的低分子量蛋白质,作为寄生虫脂质代谢过程中的必需载体,FABPs在脂肪酸的摄取、转运以及脂质代谢调节等方面发挥重要作用。对寄生蠕虫FABPs进行研究有助于了解其在寄生虫体内的分布及与宿主免疫的关系,为寄生虫病的免疫学诊断以及预防提供帮助。本文就近年来寄生蠕虫FABPs的免疫学研究进展进行综述。 Fatty acid-binding proteins(FABPs)are small molecular weight widely distributed from lower invertebrates to mammals.They are an essential carrier in the lipid metabolism of parasites and play an important role in hostderived fatty acids uptake,transport and regulation of lipid metabolic.Carrying out research on parasitic helminth FABPs will help to understand the distribution and relationship with host immunity,also provide help for the immunological diagnosis and prevention of parasitic diseases.This article reviews the immunological research progress in the study of parasitic helminth FABPs.
