常态化疫情防控背景下医院电子陪护证的开发与应用

DESIGN AND APPLICATION OF HOSPITAL ELECTRONIC CAREGIVING CERTIFICATES IN THE CONTEXT OF NORMALIZED EPIDEMIC PREVENTION AND CONTROL

目的探讨常态化疫情防控背景下,医院电子陪护证的开发与应用。方法基于医院数据中心的患者主题数据集,在床位预约管理系统中开发电子陪护证发放管理模块,通过集成平台联通数据集和护理PDA系统,延伸原有陪护管理模块的功能,以实现医院电子陪护证的信息化流程。结果成功开发出了医院电子陪护证,自2021年2月上线以来,发放有效陪护证数量已达10.7万余张,取得了强化疫情防控、改善就医体验、提升医院管理效能等应用成果;同时也有效推动了“互联网+智慧医院”的落地实施。结论医院电子陪护证运行模式可复制、可推广,具有较强的操作性和实际应用价值,为医院下一步开展限制性探视管理及无陪护病房管理提供借鉴。

Objective To investigate the design and application value of hospital electronic caregiving certificates in the context of normalized epidemic prevention and control.Methods Based on the patient subject dataset of the hospital data center,a module for the issuance and management of electronic caregiving certificates was built in the bed reservation and management system,and the function of the original caregiving management module was extended by connecting the dataset and the nursing PDA system through an integrated platform,so as to realize the informatization of hospital electronic caregiving certificates.Results The electronic caregiving certificate was successfully developed,and since its launch in February 2021,more than 107 thousand va-lid certificates had been issued,which helped to strengthen epidemic prevention and control,improve medical experience,and increase hospital management efficiency.Meanwhile,it also effectively promoted the implementation of the Internet plus Smart Hospital.Conclusion The mode of hospital electronic caregiving certificates has strong operability and practical application value and can thus be further promoted,which provides a reference for implementing restricted visit management and unaccompanied ward management.
