镀铝PET膜在湿热情况下的表面能变化研究

摘要 通过对不同厂家镀铝PET膜表面能以及不同温度和湿度条件下镀铝PET膜表面能的跟踪测试,本文探讨了三个不同厂家镀铝PET膜的表面能情况以及镀铝层均匀情况。结果表明,镀铝PET膜对温度和湿度非常敏感,温度高于40℃,湿度高于70%,仅7天,镀铝PET膜的表面能就会降低到38mJ/m^(2)以下,影响其使用效果。 By tracking and testing the surface energy of aluminized PET film from different manufacturers and the surface energy of aluminized PET film under different temperature and humidity conditions,this paper discusses the surface energy of aluminized PET film from three different manufacturers and the uniformity of aluminized PET film,as well as the change of surface energy of aluminized PET film in 7 days under different humidity and heat aging conditions.The results show that the aluminized PET film is very sensitive to temperature and humidity.When the temperature is higher than 40℃ and the humidity is higher than 70%,only after 7days,the surface energy of aluminized PET film will be reduced to 38mJ/m^(2).And it will largely lower the effect of the aluminized PET film.
