0~1岁婴儿父母育儿知识情况调查及影响因素分析

摘要 目的 抽样调查成都市0~1岁婴儿父母育儿知识情况并分析其影响因素。方法 招募2020年1月—2020年8月期间在成都市一所三级甲等综合医院、一所三级甲等专科医院、一所社区卫生服务中心进行儿童保健的0~1岁婴儿父母共300名作为研究对象,收集基线资料,采用自制育儿知识调查问卷了解研究对象育儿知识掌握水平,根据问卷得分是否≥6分为合格组和不合格组展开影响因素单因素分析并对差异有统计学意义的影响因素进行logistic回归分析。结果 经问卷调查育儿知识合格研究对象143名,占比47.67%,合格率较低;进行影响育儿知识单因素分析,两组主要照顾者、家庭收入、文化水平、城乡户口、工作状态、曾接受育儿教育比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对影响因素进行多因素logistic回归分析显示主要照顾者、曾接受育儿教育、家庭月收入、文化水平为掌握育儿知识的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 成都市0~1岁婴儿父母育儿知识掌握程度不高,主要受主要照顾者、曾接受育儿教育、家庭月收入、文化水平几方面影响,基层医疗机构应结合多种文化水平父母进行分层育儿教育以改善婴儿父母育儿知识掌握情况。 Objective To investigate the parenting knowledge of parents of 0~1-year-old infants in Chengdu and analyze its influencing factors. Methods A total of 300 parents of 0-1-year-old infants who carried out child health care in a class Ⅲ class A general hospital, a class Ⅲ class A specialized hospital and a community health service center in Chengdu from January 2020 to August 2020 were recruited as the research objects. The baseline data were collected, and the self-made parenting knowledge questionnaire was used to understand the mastery level of parenting knowledge of the research objects, According to whether the questionnaire score is ≥ 6, they were divided into qualified group and unqualified group, and the influencing factors with statistically significant difference are analyzed by logistic regression. Results Totally 143 subjects with qualified parenting knowledge were investigated by questionnaire, accounting for 47.67%, and the qualified rate was low;Single factor analysis of influencing parenting knowledge showed that there were significant differences between the two groups in terms of main caregivers, family income, educational level, urban and rural household registration, working status and having received Parenting Education(P<0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the main caregivers, having received parenting education, family monthly income and educational level were the independent influencing factors for mastering parenting knowledge(P<0.05). Conclusion The level of parental knowledge of 0~1-year-old infants in Chengdu is not high, which is mainly affected by the main caregivers, previous parental education, monthly family income and educational level. Grass roots medical institutions should carry out hierarchical parental education in combination with parents with multiple cultural levels to improve the mastery of parental knowledge.
