摘要
国内某石化公司两套PSA(变压吸附)装置的124台进口程控阀,在生产运行过程中频繁出现阀门开关不到位的情况,致使吸附塔离线,影响装置的安全、稳定和长周期运行。对阀门开关不到位的情况进行分析研究,发现程控阀的传动部件磨损是其主要原因。对程控阀传动部件磨损的故障特征,通过SolidWorks软件生产相应的三维CAD实体模型进行受力分析计算,提出改变传动部件曲柄、连杆结构等解决对策。通过以上措施的实施,程控阀传动部件磨损的故障率明显降低,改造过的程控阀在已过去的三年内没有再发生过传动部件故障。
124 imported program-controlled valves of two sets of PSA(pressure swing adsorption) units often fail to switch during operation in a domestic petrochemical company, which result in adsorption tower disconnection and bring a terrible effect on the safety, stability and long-term operation of the unit. Analysis revealed that the transmission parts wear of program-controlled valve is the main reason. According to the fault signature, corresponding three-dimensional CAD solid model was produced by SolidWorks software for force analysis. Concrete proposals were come up such like changing crank and connecting rod structure, etc. Since then, the failure rate of transmission parts wear has been significantly decreased, and no such failure has ever occurred in the past three years.
