摘要 聚合物水泥防水涂料是一种水性双组分建筑防水涂料,在建筑领域有着广阔的应用前景。本文研究了浸水处理、碱处理、热老化处理、紫外老化处理对四种配方涂层的表观情况、拉伸性能、吸水率的影响,实验结果表明:经过浸水处理、碱处理后,各配方涂层的抗拉强度和断裂伸长率均呈现下降趋势,经过热老化处理、紫外老化处理后,各配方涂层的抗拉强度均增大,且添加外加剂的涂层7天吸水率均小于无外加剂涂层;当制备涂料聚灰比为0.6,氯丁胶乳/丙烯酸酯乳液为90/10,偶联剂掺量1.5%,消泡剂掺量0.3%时,涂层经处理后,涂层的拉伸性能符合GB/T 23445-2009《聚合物水泥防水涂料》规范中Ⅱ涂料拉伸性能要求,涂层的耐久性优异。 Polymer cement waterproof coating is a water-based two-component architectural waterproof coating,which has broad application prospects in construction.This paper studies the effects of water immersion treatment,alkali treatment,thermal aging treatment and ultraviolet aging treatment on the appearance,tensile properties and water absorption of the four formulation coatings.The experiment results find that after alkali treatment,the tensile strength and elongation at break of each formula coating show a downward trend.After heat aging treatment and ultraviolet aging treatment,the tensile strength of each formula coating was increased,and the addition of additives increased,and the 7-day water absorption of the coating with admixture was lower than that of the coating without admixture;when the poly-ash ratio of the prepared coating is 0.6,the neoprene latex/acrylate emulsion is 90/10,the dosage of coupling agent is 1.5%,and the defoaming agent dosage is 0.3%.the tensile properties of the coating are in line with GB/T 23445-2009“Polymer Cement Waterproof Coatings”specification II,and the durability of the coating is excellent.
