高职院校产业学院内涵特色发展路径研究——以天津职业大学为例

Research on the Development Path of Connotation and Characteristics of Industrial College in Higher Vocational Colleges——Taking Tianjin Vocational Institute as an Example

高职院校产业学院建设进入了高潮期。由于缺少专门政策指导和约束,出现流于表面和形式、门槛越来越低、特色亮点缺乏等问题。针对这些问题,从合作企业遴选、学院功能配置、治理方式改革三个方面提出产业学院建设的基本条件;从逻辑缘起、概念设计、形式演化、资源融合、制度创新五个方面提出高职院校产业学院内涵特色发展的路径。

The construction of industrial college in higher vocational colleges has entered a high tide period.Due to the lack of special policy guidance and constraints,there are some problems like superficiality,lower threshold,and the lack of features and highlights.In view of these problems,the basic conditions for the construction of industrial college are put forward from three aspects:selection of cooperative enterprises,function allocation of college and reform of governance mode.This paper puts forward the development path of connotation and characteristics of industrial colleges in higher vocational colleges from five aspects:logical origin,concept design,form evolution,resource integration and system innovation.
