国际老龄社会的新型适老化住区理念与建设研究 被引量:1

RESEARCH ON THE CONCEPT AND CONSTRUCTION OF ELDERLY-ORIENTED RESIDENTIAL AREAS IN THE INTERNATIONAL AGED SOCIETY

摘要 老龄化和城镇化是当今世界性社会经济可持续发展的重大议题,社会老龄化对城镇化产生的作用尤为关键。随着我国人口老龄化与城镇化的发展,建设领域的适老化住区逐渐得到全社会的广泛关注。本文从老龄社会发展进程中的国际适老化住区建设理论和经验出发,提出并归纳了基于老年友好社区理念的康养持续型老年住区、积极老龄化理念的全龄共生型老年住区、老年正常化理念的地域融合型老年住区三种新型适老化住区类型,并在实践案例分析的基础上,对我国老龄社会的适老化住区发展方向提出了建议。 Aging and urbanization are important issues for the sustainable development of the world social economy,and the social aging plays a key role in urbanization.With the development of the population aging and urbanization in China,the elderly-oriented residential areas in the field of construction have gradually been widely concerned by the whole society.Based on the theory and experience of international elderly-oriented residential areas construction in the process of aging society development,this paper puts forward and summarizes three new types of elderly-oriented residential areas:healthy and sustainable residential area for the elderly based on the concept of age-friendly community,all-age symbiotic residential area for the elderly base on the concept of active aging,and regional integration residential area for the elderly base on the concept of age-normalization.On the basis of practical case analysis,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the development direction of elderly-oriented residential areas in China's aging society.
