老旧社区适老化改造研究--以上海江川路街道片区为例

STUDY ON AGEING ADAPTATION TRANSFORMATION IN OLD RESIDENTIAL AREAS:TAKING SHANGHAI JIANGCHUAN ROAD SUBDISTRICT AREA AS AN EXAMPLE

随着老龄人口的不断增加,人们的养老需求不断提升,老旧社区中的居住空间及公共空间已经不能满足老年人的生活和心理需求。本文以上海江川路街道片区的适老化改造项目为例,从老旧社区的居住空间到城市层面进行全流程的病灶分析,同时对我国现存的适老化改造进行反思,并从点、线、面等多个维度来探讨适老化改造中存在的需求差异,提出社区营造式的适老化更新策略,旨在通过适老化改造既有的老旧社区及公共空间,营造一个舒适的、能满足老年人日常需求的生活环境。

With the continuous increase of the elderly population,people's demand for elderly care is increasing.The living space and public space in the old community no longer meet the living and psychological needs of the elderly.This paper takes the aging adaptation transformation project in Jiangchuan road sub district of Shanghai as an example,analyzes the harm of the whole process from the living space of the old community to the urban level.At the same time,this paper reflects on the existing ageing adaptation transformation in China.From the point,line,area and other dimensions,this paper discusses the demand differences in the aging adaptation transformation,and puts forward the community building aging adaptation renewal strategy to create a comfortable living environment that can meet the daily needs of the elderly through the aging adaptation transformation of existing old communities and public spaces.
