种鸽点位精准饲喂智能机器人及专家管理系统研发应用 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]解决当前国内肉鸽生产传统饲养模式生产水平低、投料精度差、饲料浪费大、劳动强度高和智能化信息化水平较低、管理成本持续增长等瓶颈问题。[方法]通过对肉鸽人工智能生产技术连续多年的研究,创新研发了一套集成物联网、AGV、PLC等先进成熟技术的种鸽智能点位精准饲喂机器人及信息化生产管理系统。[结果]经上海某大型鸽场3个月的示范应用,结果显示:该系统具有结构牢固、载重量大、运行快速、投喂精准等特点,满载饲料可投喂6000余个种鸽笼位,并可以10m/min的速度连续匀速负重运行6h、同步完成3000余个/h种鸽笼的精准投喂;专业开发的种鸽生产管理专家系统(软件),通过中央数据库与智能移动终端的互动,实现肉鸽生产的种鸽饲喂、产蛋、入孵、出雏和哺育出栏的全程数字化精细管理。[结论]相关研究成果的集成应用,可有效替换生产工人60%以上、降低料耗11%,在快速提升肉鸽生产智能化、信息化水平的同时,显著提高了员工劳动效率和生产技术水平。 [Objectives]In order to solve the bottleneck problems of the traditional feeding mode in the domestic meat pigeon industry,such as low production level,poor feeding accuracy,feed wastage,high labor intensity,low levels of intelligentialize and informatization,continuous growth of management costs.[Methods]In response to these problems,according to the research of artificial intelligence production technology for meat pigeons for many years,a set of integrated internet of things,AGV and PLC advanced intelligent point accurate feeding robot and information production management systems were developed.[Results]After 3 months of demonstrated application in a large pigeon farm in Shanghai,the results showed that the system has the characteristics of firm structure,large load capacity,fast operation and accurate feeding.It can feed more than 6000 breeding pigeons simultaneously and can run continuously at a constant load for 6 hours at a speed of 10 m/min,completing the accurate feeding of more than 3000 breeding pigeon cages per hour synchronously.The professionally developed breeding pigeon production management expert system(software)realizes the whole process of digital fine management of breeding pigeon feeding,egg laying,hatching,shelling and breeding through the interaction between the central database and the intelligent mobile terminal.[Conclusions]The integrated application of this research results can effectively replace more than 60%of the production workers and reduce material consumption by 11%.This will not only improve the intelligentialize and informatization level of meat pigeon production significantly,but also improve the labor efficiency and production technology level of employees.
