鸡毒支原体感染对蛋鸡生产性能及鸡蛋品质的影响

Effect of Mycoplasma gallisepticum infection on production performance and egg quality of laying hens

[目的]研究鸡毒支原体感染对蛋鸡生产性能及鸡蛋品质的影响。[方法]选取30周龄海兰褐蛋鸡100只,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组5个重复,每个重复10只鸡。对照组鸡左侧气囊接种0.2 m L生理盐水,试验组鸡左侧气囊接种0.2 m L MG菌液,测定其生产性能和鸡蛋品质。[结果]接种鸡毒支原体的蛋鸡出现明显的呼吸道症状,血清学检查呈阳性;与对照组相比,鸡毒支原体感染后的试验组平均日采食量、产蛋重量和产蛋率显著降低,料蛋比显著升高,表明鸡毒支原体感染导致蛋鸡生产性能下降;与对照组相比,试验组蛋壳强度、蛋壳厚度、蛋形指数、蛋壳颜色指数显著下降,表明鸡毒支原体感染导致鸡蛋品质降低。[结论]鸡毒支原体感染后会引起蛋鸡病理反应,对生产性能和鸡蛋品质产生负面影响。

[Objectives]The aim was to study the effect of Mycoplasma gallisepticum infection on the production performance and egg quality of laying hens.[Methods]A total of 10030-week-old Hailan brown laying hens were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 5replicates in each group and 10 chickens in each replicate.The left airbag of chickens in the control group were inoculated with 0.2 m L of normal saline,and the left airbag of chickens in the experimental group were inoculated with 0.2 m L of MG bacterial solution to determine the production performance and egg quality.[Results]The laying hens inoculated with Mycoplasma gallisepticum had obvious respiratory symptoms,and the serological test was positive.Compared with the control group,the average daily feed intake,egg production weight and egg production rate of the experimental group after infection with Mycoplasma gallisepticum were significantly reduced,and the feed-to-egg ratio significantly increased,indicating that Mycoplasma gallisepticum infection led to a decrease in the production performance of laying hens.Compared with the control group,the eggshell strength,eggshell thickness,egg shape index and eggshell color index of the experimental group decreased significantly,indicating that the chicken My-coplasma gallisepticum infection led to reduced egg quality.[Conclusions]Mycoplasma gallisepticum infection will cause pathological reaction in laying hens,which negatively affects production performance and egg quality.
