饲料原料鸡油标准技术参数和检验方法的探讨

摘要 [目的]规范饲料原料鸡油的企业标准。[方法]通过查阅并参考动物油脂中食用猪油、食用动物油脂、工业用猪油的相关国家标准,对饲料原料鸡油的技术参数和检验方法进行探讨。[结果]可将水分及挥发物、丙二醛、酸价、总脂肪酸、过氧化值、不皂化物、不溶性杂质7个参数作为饲料原料鸡油企业标准的技术参数。测定方法建议引用GB 5009.236-2016《动植物油脂水分及挥发物的测定》方法、GB5009.181-2016《食品中丙二醛的测定》方法的第二法分光光度法、GB5009.229-2016 《食品中酸价的测定》方法的第三法热乙醇指示剂滴定法、GB/T21514-2008《饲料中脂肪酸含量的测定》、GB 5009.227-2016 《食品中过氧化值的测定》第一法滴定法、GB/T5535.1-2008/ISO3596:2000《动物油脂不皂化物测定》第1部分:乙醚提取法、GB/T 15688-2008《动植物油脂不溶性杂质含量的测定》。[结论]对饲料原料鸡油企业标准的技术参数和检验方法进行合理的设置,可为企业标准的制定提供科学的依据。 [Objectives]In order to standardize the enterprise standard of feed material chicken oil.[methods]The technical parameters and inspection methods of feed material chicken oil were discussed by referring to the relevant national standards of edible lard,edible animal fat and industrial lard in animal fat.[Results]Seven parameters including water,volatile matter,malondialdehyde,acid value,total fatty acid,peroxide value,unsaponified matter and insoluble impurity could be used as the standard technical parameters of chicken oil enterprise.It is recommended to refer to GB 5009.236-2016 determination method of animal and vegetable oil moisture and volatile matter,GB5009.181-2016 determination method of malondialdehyde in food,the second method of spectrophotometry,GB5009.229-2016 determination method of acid value in food,the third method of thermal ethanol indicator titration,GB/T 21514-2008-Determination of fatty acid content in feed,GB 5009.227-2016-Determination of peroxide value in foodthe first titration method,GB/T 55355.1-2008/ISO3596:2000-Determination of unsaponifiable matter in animal fats-Part 1:Diethyl ether extraction method,GB/T 15688-2008 determination of insoluble impurities in animal and vegetable oils.[Conclusions]It can be seen that the reasonable setting of technical parameters and inspection methods for the enterprise standard of feed raw chicken oil in this study provides a scientific basis for the establishment of enterprise standard.
