长庆区域油气井套管完井质量问题及监督要点分析

Analysis of Casing Completion Quality Problems and Key Points for Supervision of Oil and Gas Wells in Changqing Area

随着油气田勘探开发的不断深入,受地质条件、工艺技术、人工成本和监督管理等因素的影响,使得套管完井质量问题日益突出,严重影响了油气田勘探开发的长期平稳发展。通过深入分析长庆区域油气井套管完井过程中常出现的问题难点,得出套管粘卡、碰压不符合要求、固井质量差、生产过程套管腐蚀、套管柱设计不符合要求等套管完井质量问题,结合现场实际,从下套管作业的前、中、后3个时间段施工环节,提出具体的监督要点和管控措施,对套管完井作业进行有效干预,从而达到控制和提升套管完井质量的目的。

With the exploration and development of oil and gas fields,due to the influence of geological conditions,process technology,labor costs and supervision and management,the quality problem of casing completion is becoming increasingly prominent,which seri⁃ously affects the long-term stable development of oil and gas field exploration and development.The quality problems of casing comple⁃tion such as casing sticking,non conforming bumping,poor cementing quality,casing corrosion during production,and non conforming casing string design are summarized through in-depth analysis of the problems and difficulties that often occur in the process of casing completion of oil and gas wells in Changqing area.In combination with the actual situation on the site,the specific supervision key points and control measures to the problems and difficulties are proposed from the construction processes before,during and after the casing running operation,to effectively intervene in casing completion operation and control and improve casing completion quality.
