摘要 水平井大型体积压裂工艺促进新疆油田非常规油藏的快速开发,但成本问题一直是制约其发展的主要因素。为进一步降低建井成本,实验论证了石英砂替代技术,确立了本地砂源的替代方案,同时引入“设计管理”的理念,明确非常规储层改造的核心、目标、限制因素及管控措施。通过实行准入制度、专项监督制度、质量检验制度、供应商评价制度,建立竞争机制;在施工现场推行视频监控、24 h监督机制、石英砂实时快速检验等措施,建立完善的质量监督体系,最终实现新疆油田非常规开发的经济与产量双突破。 The large volume fracturing technology for horizontal wells promotes the rapid development of unconventional reservoirs in Xinjiang Oilfield,but the development cost has always been the main factor restricting the development of the oilfield.In order to fur⁃ther reduce the cost of well construction,the quartz sand replacement technology was experimentally demonstrated,and the local sand source replacement scheme was established.At the same time,the concept of"design management"was introduced,and the core,ob⁃jectives,limiting factors and control measures of unconventional reservoir reconstruction were clarified.Establish competition mecha⁃nism by implementing access system,special supervision system,quality inspection system and supplier evaluation system;Establish a perfect quality supervision system by implementing video monitoring,24-hour supervision mechanism,real-time rapid inspection of quartz sand and other measures at the construction site,so as to achieve a breakthrough in economy and output of unconventional reser⁃voir development of Xinjiang Oilfield.
