无托槽隐形矫治与舌侧隐形矫治技术用于错牙合畸形的矫治效果对比研究

A Comparative Study on the Effect of Bracketless Invisible Orthodontics and Lingual Invisible Orthodontics in Correcting Malocclusion

目的:探讨无托槽隐形矫治与舌侧隐形矫治技术用于错牙合畸形的矫治效果。方法:选取笔者医院2017年1月-2020年12月收治的108例错牙合畸形患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组(54例)和观察组(54例)。对照组给予舌侧隐形矫治技术治疗,观察组给予无托槽隐形矫治技术治疗。观察两组矫治用时、总复诊次数、满意度及并发症发生情况,并比较两组治疗前、治疗后6个月菌斑指数(PLI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)及牙龈指数(GI)。结果:两组扭转牙矫正用时、倾斜牙矫正用时比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组总椅旁用时、总复诊次数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组PLI、SBI、GI均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组语言功能、咀嚼功能满意度较对照组高,观察组整体美观、便捷程度满意度较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组咬合度满意度、并发症发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:无托槽隐形矫治与舌侧隐形矫治技术用于错牙合畸形的矫治均安全有效,但无托槽隐形矫治对患者牙周健康状况影响较小,舌侧隐形矫治技术更加美观便捷,临床需根据患者实际情况选择矫治方案。

Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of bracketless invisible orthodontics and lingual invisible orthodontics in correcting malocclusion.Methods A total of 108 patients with malocclusion were admitted to the hospital between January 2017 and December 2020.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method with 54 patients in each group,receiving lingual invisible orthodontics and bracketless invisible orthodontics,respectively.The duration of correction,total number of subsequent visits,satisfaction and complications were observed.The plaque index(PLI),sulcus bleeding index(SBI),and gingival index(GI)were compared before treatment and after treatment.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the time for correcting torsional and tilted teeth,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The time spent chairside and total number of subsequent visits in the observation group were shorter/smaller than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,PLI,SBI and GI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,patients in the observation group were more satisfied with language function and masticatory function(P<0.05).For overall appearance and convenience,patients in the observation group were not so satisfied as the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).For satisfaction with occlusion and the incidence of complications,there was no significant difference between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Both of bracketless invisible orthodontics and lingual invisible orthodontics are safe and effective in correcting malocclusion.The former has less influence on the patients’periodontal health,while the latter can achieve better aesthetic effect and is more convenient.Therefore,clinical treatment should be determined based on the patient’s actual condition.
