摘要
手术带教是整形外科专科医师规范化培训的重点教学环节,牢固的专科解剖知识是学习整形外科手术的前提条件。北京大学第三医院成形外科以促进手术带教为目标,在整形外科专科医师规范化培训的试点过程中开展了一系列专科解剖教学实践活动。通过设置符合临床实际需求的专科解剖教学内容、建立导师制度以及应用计算机、多媒体等先进教学手段,将整形外科专科解剖教学与手术带教紧密结合起来。在巩固专科解剖知识的同时促进学员对手术技能的掌握,通过专科解剖教学来促进专科手术带教,从而为进一步完善整形外科专科医师规范化培训方案提供参考。
Operation teaching is the key teaching link of standardized training for plastic surgeons,and a firm grasp of specialized anatomical knowledge is the prerequisite for learning plastic operation.In order to promote the teaching of plastic operation,the department of Plastic Surgery of Peking University Third Hospital has carried out a series of anatomical teaching activities during the standardized training of plastic surgeons.By setting up the teaching content in accordance with the actual clinical needs,establishing the tutor system and applying computer,multimedia and other advanced teaching means,the anatomy teaching of plastic surgery specialty is closely combined with the operation teaching.It can not only consolidate the specialized anatomical knowledge,but also promote the study of surgical skills.The specialized operation teaching was promoted through specialized anatomical teaching,so as to provide reference for the further improvement of the standardized training program for plastic surgeons.
